General Questions

NeuroCart - is a complete ecosystem for creating and managing your online store. It supports not only website creation, but also apps for Android, iOS, VK Mini Apps and Telegram Mini Apps.
Using our platform you can create a store, manage products, orders and view user actions. We also have an extension store if you want additional functionality.
If you are using a cloud platform - your store and its code will be hosted on our servers, we will keep it running, supply regular updates and do our best to keep your website and applications running smoothly, 24/7.
You can view all the basic functionality in theFeatures section. There we have also indicated the availability of different features depending on the tariff.
If you want even more features in your online store, you can visit Extensions Marketplace or Order development with us.
It depends on the plan type, that you're going to use.
We only promote applications of your online store. Promotion is included in all plans.
If you use a cloud platform, you can only plug in new extensions (including self-created extensions). If you want to refine the platform at the core level, you will have to host it on your own server.
We can also develop functionality to suit your needs.
This option is available only on Corporate and Higher plans. In other cases, you'll need to look into Documentation.

Technical support

We've got Basic and Extended support options. Depending on the rate plan, we may provide:
  • Basic technical support and assistance in launching the store
  • Advanced support and assistance with integrations, customizations and extension writing
  • Support for your application users (as a service)
Advanced technical support includes full turnkey customization of your store, assistance in integrations with third-party payment solutions and CRM systems, shipping and other parameters.
As part of our extended support, we also help with enhancements to your store, prioritize accessibility, and generate reports on work done.

Payment and subscriptions

Prices vary depending on functionality, promotion, support and other parameters. You can learn more in the Pricing section.
Yes, we support both payment by bank card and via Current Account details.
If you have been using the tariff plan for at least 3 days from the start of the new billing period, you will not be able to get a refund, but we can consider individual situations. Please contact us.
This option is not yet available, but we do have a 30 day money back guarantee, during which time if you do not like our services - you can return the funds in full.
